Do you eat dessert every night? We don’t, but I really wish we did/could! It probably wouldn’t be a wise choice, though, because dessert in my mind is something sweet and sugary, usually heavy laden with bad calories that push you over the edge. I know dessert doesn’t have to be this way, but that’s a mental battle I have to get over. 😉
HOW TO MAKE AVOCADO CHOCOLATE PUDDING
2ripe medium avocados, peeled and chopped
1/4cuphoney or raw agave nectar(or other sweetener of choice)
1/2cupmilk(regular or almond milk, coconut, etc.)
1 1/2teaspoonvanilla extract
Blend all ingredients, until smooth, in a blender, food processor or using a hand held mixer. Serve immediately, or chill first.
