HOW TO MAKE AVOCADO CHOCOLATE PUDDING

Do you eat dessert every night?  We don’t, but I really wish we did/could!  It probably wouldn’t be a wise choice, though, because dessert in my mind is something sweet and sugary, usually heavy laden with bad calories that push you over the edge.  I know dessert doesn’t have to be this way, but that’s a mental battle I have to get over.  😉

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe medium avocados , peeled and chopped
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup honey or raw agave nectar (or other sweetener of choice)
  • 1/2 cup milk (regular or almond milk, coconut, etc.)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients, until smooth, in a blender, food processor or using a hand held mixer. Serve immediately, or chill first.
